Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Laborrise Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Laborrise Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Laborrise Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

What to Send Us

Email contact@laborrise.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If the Answer Does Not Settle It

If our reply leaves the problem open, answer that message and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
