Laborrise Walk-In Tubs does not have installers on staff. When you reach out, we refer you to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or business who will talk with you, visit your home and give you a quote.

Think of us as the person who introduces you at a party. After that, the conversation is yours.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your bathroom before a visit.

• What kind of project are you considering?
• Who will use the bath or shower?
• Is the space in a basement, a split-level or an older rowhouse?
• Do you know what your plumbing is made of?
• What is your timeline?

None of these need perfect answers. A rough idea is fine. If you are not sure about something, say so. The provider can help you sort it out during a visit.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

A short list helps you stay calm and clear. Try these:

• Are you licensed and insured for this work?
• Can I have the quote in writing?
• What is included, and what could add to the cost?
• How will you handle old plumbing if you find it?
• How long will the work take?
• What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?

Written answers are easy to compare later. Jot down notes as you talk, and keep every quote in one place.
